From entrance to "Bubble" (by rcdegs) world in FB Horizon (beta)

At the birthplace of creativity... Is also the perception of chaos and undoing.
Due to the continuing Pandemic and my ongoing single and living alone status, I have become increasingly immersed in Virtual Reality community building and user experience science over the last year. A constant ache over my many months of daily VR use has been the divisive zero-sum game culture and white cis-male centering of games and social apps. Being included in a beta social and world building application (FB Horizon) has given me the chance to explore and grow my personal and professional virtual reality identity and ask myself what my opportunity and responsibility is to influence the trends of virtual reality culture when I have the time, education, and experience to have a significant impact one way or another.
