Reflections on Mentorship

Mentor - someone who is chosen by the mentee who has advancement on the path or has a skillset that the mentee desires to practice or learn. Usually this is a one-on-one relationship. 
Teacher - someone who chooses to share their skillset in a prescribed way to their students. Usually this is a one-to-many relationship.
